Can I rent a vehicle with a probationary driving license?
No, the conditions for renting a vehicle are a minimum age requirements of 23 or older and possession of a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Can I rent a car for a day?
No, the car can be rented for a minimum of 3 days (72 hours).
How and when is the rent paid?
Rent can be paid in cash, by bank transfer and by a credit card. When signing the contract, the rent is paid in full, and in the case of contract extension, the client is obliged to bring the money or pay the money directly to the agency’s account.
Where can the car be collected?
The car can be picked up at the agency’s address, we can also deliver the car to the airport or your address upon agreement.
Does the comprehensive insurance cover damage to the wheels?
The insurance does not cover damage to tires and rims. In the event of a flat tire or broken rim, the client bears all financial responsibility.
What happens if the car key is lost?
In the event of loss of a vehicle key, the client bears the financial costs of replacement keys.
What happens if we take the rental car back late, after the agreed time?
The agency allows a 60- minute tolerance period at the end of the rental. If, for any reasons, the vehicle is returned after the 60-minute courtesy period, an additional day will be charged.
Is it possible to rent a vehicle for a longer period of time?
Car rental agency offers you a long-term rent – for the period of time from 3 months to 48 months. This offer is valid for legal entities.
Are pets allowed in the rented vehicle?
Yes, pets are allowed in rental vehicles, but the the car must be returned in a clean and tidy condition (no pet hair or damage to the interior).
What happens if my vehicle breaks down?
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, you are obliged to inform us immediately, and we will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
